Holcim Indonesia is paving the way for Indonesia developers. The country's third-largest cement maker and construction materials manufacturer, Holcim Indonesia has grown into a dominant construction materials supplier since it was founded in 1971. With two cement plants and a grinding facility, it has the capability to produce some 8.5 million tons of cement per year. Cement Holcim Indonesia's bread and butter, comprising some 90% of total revenues. Through subsidiary Holcim Beton, the company also produces ready-mix concrete and aggregates. Consumer Engagement Specialist
Location : Head Office

Scope of works:

1. To develop sustainable trade program which focus on business partnership in transactional channel to deliver expected volume outcomes through :
* Better Availability (high chain efficiency), ensure optimum trade push.
* Better Visibility (Merchandising Activities)
* Better Services (Develop and Implement standard retail service pack)
2. To control and evaluate each trade activities implemented and ensure those activities are integrated with brand thematic.
3. Planning and coordinating activities within regions. Closely liaise with RSM, ASC and TSO
4. Organize relevant event to trade activity
5. Provide Tactical Analysis, Feedback and Recommendation to Sales Team for better business result.
6. To develop tactical activation activity based on local market insight


1. Education : Bachelor of science in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing
2. Experience :
* Over 3 years of experience in Brand Management/Activation and Trade Marketing.
* Experience in Sales execution and supervisory sales operation
3. Computer literacy : Computer literacy ; Office & Lotus Notes
4. Language : Fluency in written and spoken English
5. Other qualification / skills :
* Negotiation skill
* Communication Skill
* Have ability to interact with all levels

Speedcrete Sales Engineer (EXPERIENCED ROAD ENGINEER)

Scope of works: To achieve profitability in PT. Holcim Beton, trough sales and activity plan, direct, organise, supervise, and evaluate all activities of Speedcrete business operation, safety & environment & and government relation to achieve budgeted profitability in an efficient and safe environment


1. Education : Min graduate with Bachelor of Civil engineering
2. Experience :
* Min. 1 year in current position
* experience in Ready mix business operation & sales
* Understand with concrete product and development
* Understand the business process
* Able to read and interpret technical procedure and specification
3. Computer Literate : Computer utilisation for Windows system, software application such as Word processor MS Word & spreadsheet MS excel.
4. Language : Good in English both oral & written
5. Other qualification :
* Able to supervise and communicate with other and deal with people from all levels of the business
* Knowledge of construction industry and concrete application
* Awareness of OHS at the workplace
