ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Responsibilities :
* Prepare monthly closure report & annual closure report.
* Analyzing movement of transaction for all accounts.
* Analyzing actual vs budget.
* Ensure accuracy of capital expenditure reporting.
* Ensure accuracy and completeness of all reconciliation.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations.
* Analyzing and propose accounting procedures.
* Supervise inventory count.
* Ensure all accounting records and data are properly maintained and stored.
* Liaise with auditors for year end statutory report.
* Provide departmental managers with relevant financial data and assist them in understanding the data.
* Ensure adequate staffing and employee skill development to motivate employee.
Requirements :
* Bachelor degree in Accounting or Business.
* Strong management skills & leadership.
* Strong people development skills.
* Familiar with accounting processes and procedures.
* Familiar with taxation.
* Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
* Able to communicate in oral & written in English.
* Able to perform risk assessment aspect & environmental assessment impact.
* Familiar with management ISO 9001:2000 & 14001:2004 & understand SMK3 (OHSAS 18001:1999)
FINANCE STAFF
Responsibilities :
* AP invoice processing (checking and verification, payment input)
* Process payment to vendors and employees claim
* Coordinate with treasury team and site Kalimantan to ensure payment is accurate and on-time
* Ensure on-time month end closing
* Prepare daily bank reconciliation
* Prepare balance sheet reconciliation (bank and AP related accounts)
* Prepare expat travel leave report
* Prepare and analyze weekly AP reports
Requirements :
* Bachelor degree in Accounting from reputable university
* Minimum 2 years experience as accountant or AP Staff
* Computer literate especially MS Office (Ms Excel)
* Fast learner and hardworking
* Good interpersonal skills (teamwork)
