Now, We are searching for highly-motivated young people throughout Indonesia who can keep up with our fast-moving pace to be a trainee for Shoe Development Trainee Program (SDTP).
The objective of SDTP is to develop trainees who will be specifically placed in Production Division. They will have strong commitment and broad knowledge, especially of PT ECCOIndonesia Business Process. Those people will be the ones who can understand the dynamics, the global demands and the competition for high productivity and high quality.
SDTP program modules are designed to educate the trainees with technical and managerial skill in high-technological shoe manufacturing through on-job training approach.
Fourth batch of graduates have successfully completed the program, SDTP 2010 is going be the fifth that the program runs since its debut in 2005.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum Diploma degree from reputable University/ Academy
* Minimum GPA 2.75
* Age maximum 25 years old, fresh graduate are welcome.
* English proficiency
* Proactive, fast learner, strong commitment & have willingness to learn new things
* Pass the entire recruitment process.
