Sales Representative Merchant & Package Gas
Responsibilities:
Sales Development

* Develop and execute sales plans through a sound understanding of existing and potential customers’ requirements and demands to achieve objectives and financial targets.
* Prepare quotations/proposals
* Negotiate and contract customers
* Identify and explore new business opportunities

Customer Service

* Make regular contact and visit to customers
* Respond to customer’s inquiries promptly
* Receive and follow up customer orders to be delivered on the promised date
* Give technical assistance and presentations on product specifications and applications
* Conduct and assist gas trials on product applications

Quality and Safety Management
Compliance with all company quality and safety procedures and requirements

Requirement:
Experience:

* Bachelor or Master in Technical/Chemical/Industry Engineering with at least 3 years experience
* Industry Sales experience is essential
* Strategy development and implementation experience
* Sufficient Marketing exposure/experience

Functional/technical skill:

* Strategy development and delivery
* Demonstrated success with prior sales and marketing roles
* Having excellence negotiation and influencing skills
* Commercial acumen and entrepreneurial drive
* Coaching and training skills
* Self starter, change agent and strong self discipline and commitment
* Able to work across organizational boundaries
* Strong interpersonal and fluent communication skills both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
* Able to work in a team – good team player.

Management Trainee
Requirement :
The incumbent should have :

* Mechatronics, Mechanical , Electrical engineering
* Performance score minimum 3.0
* Ability to communicate in English fluently both verbal and written.
* Available to overseas exposure.
