Based on the Social Ministry of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 62/HUK/2010 about the Selection Committee Members Accreditation Board of Social Welfare Institutions (BALKS) and Social Work Certification Institute (LSPS), opening up opportunities for Indonesian citizen to enroll become Candidate Members BALKS and LSPS Period 2011-2016. I. REQUIREMENTS over new
1. Indonesian citizen;
2. Physically and mentally healthy
3. Have a good track record;
4. As low-educated Bachelor or Diploma IV;
5. Excellent knowledge and experience in the business of providing social welfare for at least five years.
6. Willing to undertake the selection committee determined
7. Submit a cover letter a.n. organizational / personal (nominated association / institution / organization) by attaching:
• Form filling and candidate members of the LSPS BALKS which can be downloaded at the website:
• Statement on the seal of IDR 6000.00 on:
www.depsos.go.id
i. never been convicted for committing a crime;
ii. willing to work full responsibility;
8. Copy of last diploma and transcripts that have been legalized;
9. Health certificate from a doctor;
10. Copy of a valid identity card;
11. Police Notes Certificate (SKCK) from the National Police;
12. 3 (three) recent photographs size 4 x 6 (colored);
13. Letters of recommendation from organizations that present it to become a candidate member and BALKS LSPS
14. Permission letter from the employer for that work.
II. REGISTRATION
1. Time registration on weekdays starting on August 16 sd August 31, 2010;
2. Prospective applicants can register only one prospective member or BALKS LSPS
3. Letter of Application and registration files / attachments are items I addressed to the Chairman of Selection Committee members to address BALKS and LSPS Agency Secretariat of Social Welfare Education and Research Building 4th Floor Jl Ministry of Social Affairs. or sent by mail must be received no later than the date of Selection Committee August 31, 2010 at 16:00 pm.
III. IMPLEMENTATION SELECTION
1. Performed in the (four) with the knockout stages;
2. First stage selection (administration) is carried out on 16 - August 31, 2010
3. Selection of stage 1 (Administration) announced on 7 to 8 September 2010, through:
a. Phone or applicants who passed the phone;

4. For Applicants who have passed the first stage selection eligible for the second stage of selection (the assessment papers) with the following details:

b. Delivery and Acceptance of papers held on 20 to 24 September 2010;
c. Assessment of papers held on september 27 - October 5, 2010;
5. Selection of stage 2 (paper) announced on October 7, 2010, through:
a. Phone or applicants who passed the phone;
b. Ministry of Social Affairs website: www.depsos.go.id
6. For Applicants who have passed the selection stage 2 eligible for the third stage of selection (paper presentation) with the following details:
a. Paper presentation held on 12 to 14 October 2010;
7. Selection of stage 3 (paper) announced on October 7, 2010, through:
a. Phone or applicants who passed the phone;
b. Ministry of Social Affairs website:
8. For Applicants who have passed the selection stage three eligible for the final selection stage 4 (Interview) held on 18 to 22 October 2010;

9. Announcement of the end of the final selection conducted in Jakarta on October 29, 2010, the place and the announcement of the final stage of selection is determined later.
IV.LAIN-OTHER
1. Registration is free of charge;
2. Applications sent in a sealed envelope with the folio size of code list "LSPS" or "BALKS" in the upper left corner;
3. Registration is conducted before the announcement was declared invalid;
4. Selection Committee decision is final and can not be inviolable.
