Job desc:
* Understand the calculation of material to build such a building
* Understand the calculation of material for painting, building canopy, etc.
* Negotiate prices, check BQ, down spaciousness if necessary
Requirements:
* Male - Male, age Max. 30 years
* Education Min D3 / S1 Civil Engineering / Architectural Engineering GPA 2.75 Min
* Min 1 year experience in construction company
* Have Capabilities Negotiation
* Detail, responsible and honest
2.STAFF DESIGN
Job desc:
* Surveys in park areas, measuring and describing
* Designing signs & parking needs
Requirements:
* Male, Age Max. 30 years
* Can Program: Autocad, Corel Draw, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator & 3D
* Having a motorcycle and SIM C
* Willing to go home tonight if needed
